Product Guarantee

The product guarantee is valid for ten years following the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of Scaleguard becoming unserviceable, ie the red light fails to illuminate, send the unit back for replacement, quoting the date of purchase.

This guarantee does not extend to any other electrical or water appliance or device that may be in use by the user of Scaleguard and we accept no liability for the malfunction of any device other than Scaleguard which has, either directly or indirectly been sold to the user.

Guaranteed to Work

The Scaleguard system works and we want to ensure that it works for you. The purpose of this guarantee is to ensure customer satisfaction from your Scaleguard.

We guarantee that your Scaleguard will work for you. If you are not satisfied with the performance after 3 months continuous use please contact us within 30 days of the end of this period. If we cannot rectify the problem, your purchase money will be refunded in full, following the return of the unit.
